We will ship your products as quickly as we can. However, COVID-19 and/or inclement weather conditions, which beyond our control, may delay shipments beyond their normal delivery time. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you email updates when your order is placed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered with tracking numbers. Note that, depending on the carrier, it might take 5-9 business days for tracking numbers to show updates.
Can I change my shipping address after order?
You might be able to change the address within 24 hours. However, we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it is being processed. Contact Us immediately with your order number, and the correct address. Make sure you type ‘Urgent: Change Order Details’ in the subject line.
Please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched. In this case, we won't be able to send you another one so it’s best to contact the postal service.
What happen if the tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I haven't received it?
We're very sorry to hear that you haven't received your package yet. When the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, this means it was delivered to the shipping address provided to us at check-out. Please contact the carrier about where they left the package and ask your family members or neighbors if they have pick up the package.
In the event that the package is being stolen, LashyBabe is not responsible for the stolen package.
